I wrote a few words about her new identity as well as her condition. I wrote her former name because the whole point of the article was to do a “Mike VS. Mike” kind of thing.

@ Nick: I love ebullition too. I found the Sawhorse 7” for cheap in a record store last year and that triggered my interest in writing about the bands Mike Kirsch has been a part of. The best part about that article was to get into his later bands like “Please Inform This Captain This Is A Hijack” and “Baader Brains”; these bands are insanely good ! I can’t believe I slept on this.
That’s fucking great! Good to hear that I’m not the only young guy in hardcore who’s into amazing stuff like that! Did you ever check out Torches To Rome? I think the S/t lp is my favorite Sarah Kirsch release.
Oh yeah, I rehearsed with a new band last week and it went great. We finished one song instrumentally and even started writing a second one. I think / hope it sounds like a mix of Lync, Portraits Of Past, Yaphet Kotto and Amber Inn. I’ll drop you a line if we ever record anything.
